A Client presents a challenge, then two Consultants discuss it openly — talking to each other, not to the Client. The power is in the listening: hearing experts discuss YOUR problem without the temptation to defend, explain, or redirect.

When to Use
When you’re too close to a problem to see it clearly. When you’ve been explaining and defending your approach so much that you can’t hear alternative perspectives anymore. Troika works best for concrete, specific challenges where outside expertise would help.
How It Works
Three roles, two rounds:
- The Client presents their challenge — what the situation is, what they’ve tried, what help they need
- Two Consultants with complementary expertise discuss the challenge openly, building on each other’s ideas. They talk TO EACH OTHER, not to the Client
- Round 2: The Consultants go deeper, exploring angles that emerged in the first round
- The Client reflects on what they heard — what resonated, what surprised them, what they’ll take away
You can step into the Client role yourself (Join Mode) to present your real challenge, while the Consultants are AI-facilitated.
What You Get
Two rounds of expert brainstorming about your specific challenge, plus a client reflection that distills the most valuable insights. The format often surfaces solutions that direct advice-giving misses, because the consultants are free to explore without the client redirecting.
