Summary
Excited to finally attend my first Kanban conference!
Believe it or not: In my professional life as coach and work systems design I never attended any Kanban focused conference (or conference, for that matter). After being more and more active in the Flight Levels universe, and a lot of people in this community have a Kanban background, I think it’s time!
Looking forward to 2 days in Hamburg in September, where we focus on change and evolutionary change management. Interesting, relevant topic, so I’m confident I can learn and contribute.
