We’ll work hands‑on with patterns for visualization, interactions, feedback loops, and progress measures — not theory for theory’s sake.
AI-supported practices will play a central role: From analysis and sense-making to designing and operating coordinative and strategic work systems, helping us surface patterns, test assumptions, and iterate faster on what actually works in the field.
