Summary
Excited to explore organizational evolution at Flight Levels Day.
Looking forward to join Flight Levels Day again this year.
While last year I focused on the tool application of work systems design, going deep into what the Atlassian stack has to offer, this year I will focus on the organizational side of things, how to continuously evolve work systems with the people affected.
Together with Christoph Speyerer, a customer practitioner I’m working with, we will share what we have learned and are still learning shaping work systems in a continuous manner in a product manufacturing company.
Flight Levels Day is a half-day online conference, packed with real-world experience for applying Flight Levels at different scenarios.
