Excited for Agile Castle Camp 2026 workshop!
Something new has emerged. A new community event. In the agile community, people were talking about it this year: Good topics, good people, great location. And then I saw the gleaming eyes of Christian Hartl when he told me about it as an organizer.
Interest piqued, I'll be there in 2026!
And I'm even more excited that my workshop proposal was accepted. It will be about the journey from either-or to both-and-more. In my opinion, this is a seemingly small but elementary step for dealing with today's challenges and organizational messiness, enabling us to take action together again.
Looking forward to seeing you at this special event in March.
