Through this self-study, I have renewed my competencies in Lean Change Management. The framework from Lean Change Management by Jason Little promotes iterative, experimental approaches to shaping organizational development. These practices enable me to design changes with continuous feedback – essential for successful transformation in complex contexts.
Having used Lean Change practices since 2014, I decided to formally refresh and deepen my knowledge. The course reinforced how much practical wisdom has emerged from iterative, people-centered ways of working – and how much more human-centered this approach is compared to traditional change management that treats change as a plannable project and resistance as something to be suppressed. It confirmed that Lean Change provides a solid foundation for guiding even the most challenging change initiatives.
