Certified LeSS Practitioner

Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) is a framework for scaling agile development to multiple teams. LeSS builds on Scrum principles such as empiricism and multidisciplinary, self-managed teams and provides a basis for applying these principles at scale. It provides simple structural rules and guidelines for implementing Scrum in large-scale product development.

I was able to directly apply the expertise gained in the course while coaching middle management in an R&D department with 250 employees.
