For about 15 years Art of Hosting with all its aspects of inviting people to conversations has been one of the sources of my work. Open Space, World Café or Fishbowl are well-known formats that enable groups and communities to exchange with a high degree of motivation and engagement.
Every now and then - like in Vienna in 2018 - I renew my connection to the Art of Hosting Community.
