Since 2010, I have brought a company-wide Jira service and a parallel Confluence installation into the world. Although the hurdles in the organizational context were much bigger than the purely technical challenges, it doesn't hurt to have a handle on the technology as well when dealing with such issues.
Today, this expertise helps me to co-design also the tools aspect of work systems.
